Privacy Policy
How information shared through this website is used, and where to ask for help.
About this notice
This draft covers the COMB marketing website and enquiries sent to COMB Softwares Private Limited. Contact location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India – 411027. The currently published design preview uses an email-draft flow; automatic enquiry delivery has not been activated.
Salon customer, employee and transaction information inside the COMB software and apps requires a separate, verified service-data notice. This website notice does not claim to describe all of those systems.
Information you choose to share
A demo enquiry asks for your name, salon name, country code, mobile number and the type of help you want. It may include the product area or subscription option you selected.
A contact enquiry asks for your name, salon name, email address, topic and question. Your phone number is optional on that form.
Please do not include passwords, OTPs, full card details, or your customers’ or employees’ personal records. These forms do not take subscription payments.
What happens when you send an enquiry
Reviewing the form creates an on-screen summary. The website does not send that summary automatically. Choosing “Open email app” opens a draft addressed to support@combtechnologies.com; you decide whether to send it using your email service.
The current page code does not store enquiry fields in a website database, browser local storage or browser session storage. Your browser or email application may independently retain autofill information or drafts.
If you send the email, COMB receives your message and the sender details provided by your email service. The destination mailbox uses Hostinger Email.
Why your information is used
The proposed handling rule for enquiries is to use the information to answer your question, arrange a requested discussion, explain subscriptions or help with setup and support. A submitted enquiry is not consent to unrelated promotional campaigns.
COMB may need the relevant correspondence to resolve a complaint, understand a payment query or maintain a necessary business record. Do not send more information than is needed for the request.
Email services and website hosting
Sending an email involves your email provider and COMB’s Hostinger Email mailbox. The people handling your enquiry need access to the information you send.
The original combsoftwares.com website is hosted on Hostinger. This separate design preview is published through Sites. Hosting services may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs when delivering a page. Their logging, processing locations and retention need to be confirmed before the final notice is adopted.
Links to external services open services governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
Keeping and deleting information
An email sent to COMB becomes part of the support mailbox correspondence. The exact enquiry-retention period, mailbox deletion procedure and provider backup retention have not yet been confirmed for the final policy.
You can ask COMB to review or delete enquiry information that is no longer needed. Some records may need to be kept to address an ongoing request or meet applicable obligations. COMB should explain any relevant limit when responding; this draft does not promise instant or universal deletion.
Corrections, deletion and concerns
Email support@combtechnologies.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Explain which enquiry or information your request concerns. Use the email address associated with the enquiry where possible. Please do not send a password or identity document unless a necessary, secure verification step has been explained.
For information held by a salon about your appointments, services or employment, contact that salon first. You may also contact COMB for help identifying the appropriate route. Your request should be handled according to the applicable role and requirements.

Updates and final adoption
This is a review draft, not a certification of legal compliance. The final notice must reflect the actual enquiry flow, hosting and software data practices at launch and show its effective date. Any material change to the form or information use must be reflected in the notice provided to visitors.
