Terms of Service
Your subscription, responsibilities and options for getting help.
About these terms
This draft is prepared for COMB Softwares Private Limited and its salon management software subscriptions. The website preview lets you explore features and prepare an enquiry; browsing or submitting an enquiry does not activate a subscription, make a payment or confirm a demo appointment.
Before purchase, the customer must receive the applicable service terms and written order details. Existing customers retain their agreed terms. This review version does not retrospectively replace an existing agreement.
What your subscription includes
Subscription fees for India and other markets are confirmed in writing on your order before payment. Both monthly and yearly options (where offered) include the same core features for the subscribed branch, with no separate per-staff subscription fee unless stated in the order. Applicable taxes and usage charges are additional.
Both payment options have the same core features and no separate per-staff subscription fee within the subscribed branch. The order should identify the branch, selected features and apps, agreed setup and training, and any additional services. Multi-branch and international arrangements need a separate quote.
Activation occurs when the login is made available and the customer is notified that access is ready.
Payments and additional charges
Pay against the agreed invoice using the payment method provided by COMB. Check the currency, tax amount, subscription period and separate charges before paying. This website preview does not collect card or banking credentials.
SMS/WhatsApp usage, payment-provider charges, on-site training and custom development must be disclosed separately where applicable. Changing available settings is different from commissioning new development. Any custom work should have a written scope, fee and delivery arrangement.
No undisclosed setup fee or assumed “unlimited messaging” allowance is created by these terms.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
Renewal currently requires a new customer payment. Automatic debits will not begin without express authorisation. There is no cancellation fee or compulsory 30-day notice for stopping the next renewal.
The Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out the first-subscription seven-calendar-day refund window, continued access after ordinary cancellation, duplicate-payment refunds and remedies for a serious unresolved COMB fault. That page also explains the request process and handling times.
The policy does not remove rights available under applicable law. A refund ending the subscription ends access when the cancellation takes effect.
Accounts and staff access
The salon owner or authorised representative should ensure that the people using the account have the appropriate permission. Keep login credentials private, review staff access when roles change, and remove access that is no longer needed.
Tell COMB if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share passwords or OTPs in website enquiries. Only enter information you are entitled to use and share for salon operations.
Setup, training and data transfer
The setup, training sessions and support included in the purchase should be agreed before payment. Additional on-site work or custom development needs separate agreement.
For migration from another system, agree which records can be imported, the input format, any cost and how the result will be checked. Keep an existing-data backup and verify imported records before relying on them. Do not upload customer datasets through the general website enquiry form.
Support and service problems
Contact support@combtechnologies.com or call +91 9860271116. Describe the task, the problem and when it occurred without revealing credentials or unnecessary personal records.
The cancellation policy contains specific response milestones for cancellation and refund requests. General support hours, response times and any service-availability commitment must be agreed separately; this draft does not promise 24/7 support or a particular uptime percentage.
Third-party messaging, payment and connectivity services may have their own availability and fees.
Responsible use and business decisions
Use COMB for authorised salon operations. Do not attempt to access another business’s data, misuse an account, send unlawful messages or interfere with the service.
Check billing entries, attendance, salary settings, stock movements and reports against the salon’s actual records. COMB helps organise information; it does not guarantee a particular profit, expense reduction, customer-retention rate or business outcome.
Any communication sent to customers or employees must be appropriate for its purpose and supported by the necessary permission or other applicable basis.
Data and account closure
Ask COMB about export options before your subscription ends. The supported formats, export scope, assistance fees if any, and timing must be explained before account closure. No export fee is established by this draft.
The marketing website Privacy Policy explains its enquiry flow. The software and apps require a verified service-data notice covering access, hosting, retention, deletion and backups. This draft does not promise an unverified retention period, automatic deletion or backup recovery.
Questions and changes
Contact location: Pimple Saudagar, Pune, Maharashtra, India – 411027. Raise a concern with the COMB support team, including your salon name and relevant invoice or enquiry reference. The final agreement should identify the legal business address and applicable dispute arrangements without restricting any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The effective date and final version must be recorded before these terms are used for new purchases. Changes should be communicated before they apply and must not retrospectively reduce rights agreed for an existing subscription.
